At [Stitchncollar], we’re committed to offering premium shirts made with care and quality. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.
Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

Shirts must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact.

Customized or altered shirts, and items on sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchange Policy

Need a different size or color? No problem!

Contact us at support@stitchncollar.com within 7 days of receiving the product.

We will arrange an exchange after reviewing your request. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
Refunds

Refunds are only provided in cases of:

Damaged or defective products (If valid video is provided of unboxing the product ordered)

Wrong item shipped

If the requested exchange is unavailable

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Conditions for Refund/Exchange

Items must be in original condition – not worn, washed, or damaged and with tag.

Items must be sent back with original invoice/receipt.

Products received without prior approval or beyond the 7-day window will not be accepted.
Non-Refundable Items

Gift cards, promotional items, or products bought on clearance

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at support@stitchncollar.com with your order ID and reason for return.

Our team will respond with return instructions within 24–48 hours.

Pack the shirt securely and send it to the address provided in the return email.
Cancellation Policy
- No Cancellations: Once an order has been placed, we do not accept any cancellations.
- Please review your cart carefully before placing the order to ensure all items and details are correct.
Shipping & Additional Information
- Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Exchanges: You are responsible for return shipping costs. Once the exchanged item is received and inspected, the new size will be shipped to you.
- Third-Party Courier: We partner with a third-party courier service. While we assist in resolving issues at the earliest, there may be situations beyond our control.
